What you will be doing:
Coordinate and manage customer repair products and service processes to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and on schedule.
Develop, maintain and adjust production and repair schedules to maximise resource utilisation while meeting customer delivery requirements.
Provide customer support and respond to enquiries regarding standard exchange equipment, pricing and availability.
Monitor job progress and proactively communicate updates, delays or scheduling changes to key stakeholders.
Maintain accurate planning, scheduling and operational data within SAP and other business systems.
Support inventory and equipment availability planning to ensure timely service delivery.
What you will need:
Previous experience in a Production Planner, Service Planner, Maintenance Planner, Scheduler or similar coordination role.
Strong SAP experience and confidence working with planning and scheduling systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.




Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the business.
