The Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate and qualified
Wellbeing/ Lifestyle Assistant
to join our vibrant team at Clifton Views in Fitzroy North. This is more than a typical lifestyle role - at TLC, our wellbeing program is designed to enrich the lives of our residents through meaningful, personalized experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of
holistic wellbeing programs
that promote engagement and social connection
Provide
individualized one-on-one support
for residents
Assist with
assessments and care plan reviews
to ensure wellbeing needs are met
Collaborate with
clinical staff
to support residents' overall wellbeing
Create memorable experiences - whether it's outings, social events, or unique activities such as a game in our Corporate Box at Marvel Stadium, a lunch at the local pub, or a scenic helicopter joy flight over Phillip Island
