YOUR ROLE




Work with NDIS participants and their networks health professionals, agencies, families, and carers to understand a person's needs and define their goals.
Provide evidence-based assessments, services and recommendations to people in their homes and in community environments (and in clinic locations, where necessary)
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team of clinicians to share knowledge and ideas
Contribute to exciting new initiatives to innovate service and continuously improve the client experience
Make a lasting, meaningful difference in people's lives

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Minimum
1+ years experience
AHPRA
registration
Full Australian working rights – NO Sponsorship offered
Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check
