The position
This role is a for
Fork Lift and Pick Pack Operator
in a science warehouse for inbound and outbound pharmaceutical products in a 3PL warehouse where you will pick orders, prepare shipments, receive and put away stock, with a mix of unit and bulk picks. Some stock is kept in cold or refrigerated rooms, some is kept ambient, its a mix of both.
Your responsibilities will include:
Prepare items in boxes and shipments for sending
Individually pick items from their sections
Cross check order forms with stock for sending
Picking, packing, preparing, packing & labelling
Handling of packaged medicine and pharmaceuticals
Single level pick pack as well as bulk picksPrepare paper work and support some admin tasks




Some rooms are temp controlled minus for some products
Stock takes as required
Working in a high-end, clean and modern facility
Fork Lift Operating if you have licence
Based near the Airport in Melbourne
Mon - Fri Day shift - 8am, 9am or 10am (varies)

The experience needed
Summary of ideal attributes and experience:
Fork lift licence and pick pack experience
Ideally working in a 3PL or Transport environment
Benefit to come from a science or cold chain environment
Competent in computer use for admin
Experience in picking, packing, packaging & dispatching
Ability to perform set duties and tasks
Ability to adhere to organisational guidelines and tasks
Ability to work with delivery deadlines
Experience with attention to detail and quality
Full-Time Permanent role based in Tullamarine.
