The Prospect
The Commercial Business Partner (CBP) plays a key role in supporting Strategic Business Units and Regional Managers. Partnering closely with our Oils and Technical Services teams across a range of metro and regional locations that might include QLD, NSW, VIC, and WA , you will help drive revenue growth and profitability through timely reporting, meaningful commercial insights, and informed financial decision-making.
In Addition You Will
Provide commercial insights that support business growth while ensuring strong governance
Lead planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Support monthly reporting and develop pricing models as required
Guide the accounting team to ensure smooth and accurate month-end processes
Collaborate with administration teams to maintain high-quality, reliable data across the business
Analyse costs across allocation, volume, profitability, and client lifecycle to enhance earnings quality

About You
You are a commercially minded,



self-driven professional with strong analytical capability and financial modelling expertise. Your ability to build effective relationships with operational teams will be key to your success.
Strong financial knowledge across consolidation, financial and management accounting, audit, taxation, and corporate finance
Proven ability to leverage systems and technology to optimise and simplify business processes
Experience implementing and maintaining effective financial controls to ensure accurate reporting
Demonstrated background in commercial finance and business partnering within operational environments
Experience working with major contracts, tenders, and capital investment business cases
Solid expertise in budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and cost analysis
