Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of 4 while managing a portfolio of large, complex corporate clients.




Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and high-value clients
Deliver tailored insurance solutions across complex risk programs
Drive new business through referrals, networks and strategic relationships
Maintain solid insurer relationships to achieve optimal client outcomes
Work closely with senior leadership to improve processes and performance
About You
Proven experience in a senior broking or leadership role
Strong background managing corporate or large commercial portfolios
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
Commercial mindset with a track record of growing or retaining business
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Tier 1 Broking qualification
