A well-regarded commercial builder is seeking a Structures Foreman to oversee the structural delivery of a $30m multi level high end Aged Care development in Sandringham. This is an excellent prospect to join a builder with a strong reputation across Melbourne's medium-density residential market, delivering high-quality projects with an experienced and supportive leadership team.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the structure phase and play a key role in driving trades, safety, and quality outcomes on site.
The Role
Reporting to the Site Manager and Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Supervising all structure-related site activities from excavation through to topping out
Managing concrete, formwork, reinforcement, and post-tension subcontractors
Coordinating trades, deliveries, and site logistics




Maintaining a high standard of site safety and quality assurance
About You
Must have proven experience supervising structure packages on apartment or commercial projects for a head contractor
Strong understanding of concrete structures and basement construction
Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain quality outcomes
Excellent communication and leadership skills on site
