Shangri-La Sydney is seeking a full time Demi Chef to join our In Room Dining Kitchen for lunch and dinner service.
The successful candidate will participate in preparation, cooking and presentation of food to the highest standards, and contribute to menu development.You should hold a Certificate in Commercial Cookery, have valid working rights, and ideally experience in a hotel setting.
