Renaissance Victoria Point is a retirement village set on 18 hectares of beautiful bushland in Redland City, QLD.We're looking for a friendly, reliable casual coach driver to help our residents get out and about for shopping trips and social outings.This role is about more than just driving — you'll be an key part of our community, helping residents feel secure, comfortable and welcome on every trip.
This casual role will average approximately *hrs per fortnight - the days of the week will vary.What you'll be doing:Driving our 34-seat village coach for regular outingsPlanning the schedule of tripsHelping residents on and off the bus safelyCreating a friendly,



supportive atmosphereKeeping the coach clean and reporting any issuesFollowing routes and schedules efficientlyDriving safely and following all road rulesWhat we're looking for:Valid HR heavy vehicle/commercial licence + Driver AuthorisationSafe driving record (experience preferred)Valuable communication skills and a friendly attitudePatience and care when working with older peopleFlexibility for occasional weekends/eveningsReliable and team-focusedThe successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a healthy capacity to be able to work well with other people including staff and clients.Please note that applications from agencies will not be considered at this time.To be eligible to apply for this role you must be legally permitted to work in Australia.
