We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsperson to join our team.
The successful candidate will support the design and delivery of construction projects by preparing accurate and compliant drawings.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare 2D and 3D architectural drawings using CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit)
Interpret design concepts and develop detailed plans, elevations, and construction drawings
Liaise with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure design accuracy
Update and revise drawings based on feedback and project changes
Assist in material selection and documentation of specifications
Ensure drawings comply with Australian building codes and standards
Support the preparation of documentation for council approvals and construction
Requirements
Associate degree or Advanced Diploma or Diploma in related field




At least 3 years' relevant experience
Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and/or Revit
Robust understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems
Knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and council requirements
Ability to interpret architectural designs and technical specifications
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
