About the role
We are looking for experienced Leading Hands/ Excavator Operators/ HR Operators/ Formworkers/ Concreters to join our team on projects in the Brisbane and Greater Brisbane Region.
This role is responsible for the hands-on delivery of critical infrastructure projects, working as part of a team-oriented site team.
What you'll be doing
Read drawings and specifications to identify formwork and temporary works requirements.
Building and constructing Drainage
Formwork and concreting placing and finishing
Strip formwork using physical and mechanical means
Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high quality
Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment on site
Complying with all relevant workplace health and safety regulations
What we're looking for
HR/MR licence
Cert III in Formwork or Concreting advantageous
Experienced Excavator Operators
Experience with concrete FRP projects
Solid practical skills and attention to detail to ensure precise, high-quality workmanship
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Commitment to workplace health and safety
Current construction industry tickets and licences, including a valid driver's licence
