CSC Waste & Recycling is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Representative
to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in Truganina, VIC ****. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving new business development and expanding our client base within the waste and recycling industry. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term customers. This position is essential to our continued growth and success in a competitive market.
Key responsibilities
Identify and pursue current business opportunities within the waste and recycling sector
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive prospecting and networking
Conduct product and service presentations to potential customers, clearly articulating value propositions
Prepare and deliver detailed quotations and commercial proposals tailored to client needs
Negotiate contracts and terms of service to secure profitable deals
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM systems
Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to new clients
Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth objectives
What we're looking for
Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the waste management, recycling, or environmental services industry
Demonstrated ability to identify and close new business opportunities
Strong understanding of the waste and recycling sector,



including regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a competitive drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and opportunities simultaneously
Willingness to travel regularly to meet with clients and attend industry events
A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
Experience in B2B sales and knowledge of commercial waste management solutions is highly desirable
