Garen Jewellery now spans two Melbourne spaces. The Atelier at Westfield Southland is warm and intimate — blush tones, travertine, white marble. The Gallery at Westfield Doncaster, opening soon, is dark and monumental — forest green, veined marble, brass detailing, suspended glass cabinets. Two distinct worlds, one House, one philosophy: jewellery is not merchandise. It is discovered, considered, and ultimately commissioned.
Every piece is handcrafted using GIA-certified natural diamonds and gemstones. Garen has dressed some of Melbourne's most recognisable faces for the Melbourne Cup, the Brownlow Medal, and Glamour on the Grid — and counts among its clients those who return not to purchase, but to continue a relationship with the craft.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to join our team at Doncaster, Westfield. This is a client-facing role for someone who understands that fine jewellery sales is relationship-building, not transaction-processing — someone who can hold a considered conversation about a piece's rarity, craftsmanship, and provenance,



and guide a client toward a commission that reflects a meaningful moment in their life.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience across consultations, from first enquiry through to commission
Build lasting relationships with clients, including high-value and repeat clients across our four core client groups (milestone occasions, self-gifting, collecting, and legacy pieces)
Develop strong product knowledge across our High Jewellery and fine jewellery collections, including natural diamond and gemstone education
Support client events, private viewings and showroom floor
Maintain accurate client and sales records
Uphold Garen's brand standards and tone in every client interaction
About You
Proven experience in the jewellery industry, or in luxury/premium retail with a track record of high-value sales
Confident, polished communicator who can build genuine rapport with a discerning clientele
Comfortable discussing considered, high-value purchases (natural diamonds, GIA certification, bespoke commissioning) — training on our specific product knowledge provided
Available to work late nights and one weekend day as part of a rotating roster
Full-time or part time candidates welcome — please indicate your preference on application
