Addictive Technology Solutions – Loganholme QLD is seeking a Level 3 Service Desk Engineer to act as the technical escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 support teams. This hands-on role covers Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, networking, and end-user technologies.
The ideal candidate will mentor junior technicians, resolve complex incidents, and contribute to documentation while maintaining reliable day-to-day IT operations. This is a hands-on, non-architecture role based in Loganholme.
