Algester Sports Club is a friendly local Community Club located in south Brisbane with exceptional Lawn Bowl facilities & maintained Greens and contemporary licensed operations including: 70 EGMs, Bar, Bistro, Café and a large Function room facilities. The Club is seeking
experienced Chef
to come & join our friendly team on a
Full Time, Part Time or Casual basis.

Must be able to carry a section but learn all areas
Punctual and professional
Passionate and enthusiastic
Able to work autonomously with drive and focus
Work well under pressure
Available on weekends and Public Holidays
Requirements:
Relevant industry qualifications and experience
Innovative and passionate about delivery of quality service and food
Active participation in the development of new menus
Current knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety regulations
Correct manual handling techniques and food hygiene are essential
Personal presentation, hygiene and punctuality is vital
Preferably have experience in the club/pub industry
Certificate III or above in Commercial Cookery would be an Advantage
