They are looking for a number of highly skilled and creative chefs to join their team.As a chef you will be responsible forMenu development reflecting both up-to-date and traditional gourmet culinary trendsAble to work harmoniously with front of house team to deliver exceptional meals, in line with service standards to guarantee customer satisfactionPreparation and production of food items for menu/s to ensure they meet the exceptional standardsMaintains food preparation handling and correct storage standardsAdaptable to work across multiple kitchen outlets when rosteredMaintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs effectivelyAdhere to strict health,



hygiene and safety standards at all timesPlan and manage portion controlProvide in kitchen training as requiredThe applicant must have the following key characteristicsWorks well in a team environmentCustomer focused and professionalOpen to learning and being adaptableFriendly and engaging personalityWorks well under pressureGood personal hygiene and presentationQualifications:At least 12 months of experience working in a commercial kitchen, and be trade qualified to at least an AQF Diploma standard or equivalent; or at least 3 years of experienceThe ability to operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficientlySalary range $77,000-$80,000 per annum + superannuation.Only successful candidates will be contacted.
