O'Brien is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support our Procurement function by transforming spend and financial data into meaningful insights that drive smarter purchasing decisions, improve supplier performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
This role will play a key part in building and enhancing our procurement analytics capability, enabling better business outcomes across the organisation.

About the Role
Reporting to the Group Procurement Manager, you will:
Analyse procurement and financial data to identify trends, risks and savings opportunities
Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar visualisation tools
Support spend analysis, supplier performance reporting and sourcing initiatives
Build, maintain and improve procurement reporting frameworks and data qualityPartner with Procurement Managers to deliver actionable insights and drive better business outcomes
Present clear, commercially relevant insights to stakeholders and senior leaders
About You
Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Data Analytics or a related discipline




Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query and complex formulas
Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and visualisation tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to translate data into practical business insights and recommendations
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or Finance analytics
Exposure to Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems
Experience with spend analytics and procurement reporting
