Magistrates' Court of Victoria seeks an Executive Director, Koori Justice, to lead strategic direction, growth and delivery of Koori justice initiatives. You will ensure Aboriginal voices, culture and self-determination are embedded across the Court and lead a dedicated team in partnership with judicial leaders, Aboriginal communities and stakeholders.
You will influence policy, drive major reforms, and champion cultural safety, workforce development and organisational change within the Court.
