Sunshine Coast hard rock quarry seeking Quarry Coordinator.
As Quarry Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering on production targets, maintaining the quality management system, over-seeing mobile plant operations and ensuring safety compliance. This role is essential to maintaining productivity and operational excellence across all quarrying aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all quarry operations adhere to regulatory requirements
Management of operators
Ensure production schedules and rates are met
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in hard rock quarrying in a supervisory position
Current S1,2,3 Qualification
Proficient in the health and safety regulations of mining/quarrying
Solid communication and organisational skills
Previous experience with mobile crushing plant
Ability to contribute in all roles within the quarry
Local or willing to relocate to the Sunshine Coast
Monday to Friday, day-shift only
Salary ranging from 130,*******,000
