About the Role
As our Chef, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen, maintaining high food standards, and creating fresh, delicious café meals. You'll have the opportunity to contribute new menu ideas and help grow the business.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast, brunch, lunch, and café-style meals.
Independently manage the kitchen during service.
Create and develop modern café and restaurant menu items.
Prepare dishes from a variety of cuisines to a professional standard.
Maintain excellent food presentation and quality.
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are always met.
Manage stock, ordering, and minimise food waste.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
About You




Qualified Chef with relevant experience.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy café or restaurant.
Experienced in preparing a variety of cuisines to a professional standard.
Strong knowledge of modern café and restaurant menus.
Able to work independently and confidently lead the kitchen.
Energetic, reliable, and organised.
Passionate about cooking and delivering outstanding food.
Committed to building a long-term career with our business.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
