We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our client's team as a Medium Rigid (MR) Truck Driver . The ideal candidate will have a valid Medium Rigid (MR) driver's license or higher and a proven track record of driving, delivering goods in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate and drive medium rigid vehicles to transport goods to various locations
Load and unload goods from the vehicle in a safe and timely manner
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times
Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise
Perform basic vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition
Requirements:
Valid Medium Rigid (MR) driver's license or higher
Previous experience as a medium rigid driver preferred
Commitment to safety and following all traffic laws and regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet delivery deadlines
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and move heavy goods as needed
