CEPA Farm Supplies is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated
Admin, Marketing & Communications Officer
to join our friendly team in Bendigo.
As a member-owned co-operative established in ****, CEPA Farm Supplies has built a reputation for providing quality products, expert advice and outstanding service to farmers, equestrian enthusiasts and rural communities throughout Central Victoria. Our purpose is to support our members' success while strengthening the communities we serve.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day administration of the business while assisting with finance, marketing, communications, and community engagement.
This is a diverse role where no two days are the same.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the General Manager with administrative tasks
Preparing weekly payment runs
Resolving invoice discrepancies
Assisting with month-end accounts processes
Producing newsletters and marketing communications
Managing CEPA's social media channels and website
Updating product information within our CRM system




Coordinating community partnerships and promotional activities
Assisting with the organisation of our annual Open Day
Providing exceptional customer service and supporting the retail team when required.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of the business and takes pride in delivering quality work.
You'll ideally have:
Experience in administration and office support
Knowledge of Accounts Payable and general financial administration
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Robust written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft Office
Experience with social media and digital marketing
Experience using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp (desirable)
The ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
A positive, adaptable and team-focused attitude.
