We're looking for an experienced, values‐driven
Senior HR Business Partner
to partner with senior leaders on complex people matters and help shape inclusive, high‐performing workplaces.
In this role, you be a trusted advisor who supports leaders on employee relations, industrial relations, performance management and organisational change, while building leadership capability and supporting employee engagement. You'll balance strategic influence with hands‐on support in a dynamic community services environment.
You'll be a core member of our
Talent and Capability
team, working alongside Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Organisational Development and Industrial Relations to support the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
ProvideHR advice, support and guidance to leaders and staff
Manage complex workplace relations matters, including representing the organisation at Fair Work and liaising with unions
Develop and implementHR policiesand procedures.
Support and coach leaders in managing performance and development initiatives and outcomes
Ensurecompliancewith relevant legislation and regulations.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement that supports the People & Culture strategy

About You
Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships within a portfolio in addition to having significant expertise in all aspects of HR.
Extensive experience in senior HR business partnering roles, ideally within community services, disability and/or child, youth and family services
Strong expertise in industrial and employee relations, including enterprise agreements, award interpretation and Fair Work legislation
Proven experience supporting workforce planning, organisational change and employee engagement
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
Strong understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion principles in a workforce setting
Well‐developed communication, coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to support and challenge leaders constructively
Current knowledge of contemporary HR practice, leadership development and industrial relations
Bachelor's Degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management
Demonstrated understanding of disability services legislation and/or child‐safe work practices, including Reportable Conduct and Child Incident Management Systems
