We are currently seeking an experienced, hands on
Maintenance Manager
to join our friendly team on a
Full Time
basis. Your passion and professionalism will be instrumental in enhancing the care and wellbeing of our residents.
What you will be doing:
Responding to a variety of maintenance requests; providing a high level of service
Identifying and implementing preventative maintenance programs
Collaborating with various teams, suppliers and managing external contractors
Conducting regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance work and repairs
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards
Using the computer system to log maintenance requests
What we are looking for:
Maintenance experience within Aged Care or Health Services environment desirable
Handyperson, building maintenance or trade background
Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong understanding of OH&S; requirements




Good financial acumen and computer literacy
Ability to maintain asset/risk, maintenance and compliance records
