This opportunity will see you proactively manage the existing customer relationships - whilst utilising your business development and networking talents to leverage recent business opportunities within your territory

The key responsibilities will be:
Travelling to your customer clinics daily - ensuring the service levels are being met, the relationships remain close, and that any issues are resolved quickly with a win/win outcome
Promote Cenvet's full product and service offering
Keep customers informed of new products, price movements and order specials
Collection of customer product returns (e.g. damaged stock)
Participate in regular product training meetings with manufacturers
Record specific customer requirements instock control and reordering, to ensure order opportunities are maximised




Prepare regular reports on new business and customer contact activities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A natural ability to develop fast rapport with customers
Professional presentation and grooming
Exceptional communication skills
Demonstrated experience in a similar role, managing business customers within an allocated territory.
Veterinary industry experience
preferred
Excellent computer skills in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
Be comfortable with some overnight travel when visiting regional customers or attending conferences
Attendance at sponsored events, or work/industry-related events will be required
