We're hiring Customer Service Consultants to become the friendly, knowledgeable voice guiding customers through their insurance needs.
Role Details
Location: Brisbane CBD – easy access to public transport
Start Date: August 10th
Contract: 6 months
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-7pm+ 1 in 3 Saturdays (RotatingRosta)
Pay: $* + super, paid weekly
Training: 2 weeks classroom style

What You'll Be Doing




Handling inbound customer inquiries with care and professionalism
Providing clear, friendly advice and direction
Navigating multiple systems to keep information up-to-date
Logging every interaction to maintain excellent service standards
Who We're Looking For
Genuine, proactive individuals passionate about customer care
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high pressure workplace
Previous call center or phone-based customer service experience is a plus
Ready to start 10th August and commit to the full contract term
Collaborative mindset, willing to pitch in as a team player.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, particularly a strong sense of empathy.
Tech-savvy with a quick grasp of new systems.
