We have an excellent opportunities for an Account Manager, Full Time (The Hills District, Blue Mountains, Central West NSW and Northern Beaches Territory)This prospect will see you proactively manage the existing customer relationships - whilst utilising your business development and networking talents to leverage new business opportunities within your territory.Employee Discounts on Pet ProductsProfit Share ProgramEmployee Assistant ProgramService Awards and Employee RecognitionThe key responsibilities will be:Travelling to your customer clinics daily - ensuring the service levels are being met, the relationships remain close, and that any issues are resolved quickly with a win/win outcomePromote Cenvet's full product and service offeringKeep customers informed of new products, price movements and order specialsCollection of customer product returns (e.g. damaged stock)Participate in regular product training meetings with manufacturersRecord specific customer requirements instock control and reordering,



to ensure order opportunities are maximisedPrepare regular reports on recent business and customer contact activitiesTo be successful in this role, you will need:A natural ability to develop quick rapport with customersProfessional presentation and groomingExceptional communication skillsDemonstrated experience in a similar role, managing business customers within an allocated territory.
Veterinary industry experience preferredExcellent computer skills in the use of Microsoft Office SuiteBe comfortable with some overnight travel when visiting regional customers or attending conferencesAttendance at sponsored events, or work/industry-related events will be requiredAbout us:Cenvet is part of the Cenversa group of companies.
