Insurance claims management experience is not a requirement, we provide full training!
The RoleAs an Insurance Claims Consultant, you'll support clients through their claims journey and work with insurers to achieve fair outcomes.
After completing training and development, your responsibilities will include:Managing a portfolio of property insurance claimsAdvocating for clients and ensuring their best interests are at the centre of every decisionCommunicating with insurers, stakeholders, and clients to progress claims efficientlyNegotiating when required to drive fair and timely outcomesMaintaining accurate documentation, file notes,
