This role sits within our Residential Building Products division and works closely with our valued builders to ensure we're an efficient, supportive, and solutions-focused partner throughout their build.
We're now looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our Truganina branch. This role would suit someone detail-oriented, organised, and naturally great at problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support across the Operations team to meet daily workflow demands
Receive and schedule bookings, services and repairs
Assist with the coordination and scheduling of subcontractors
Process orders, quotes and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Monitor job progress and update job notes accordingly
Liaise professionally with builders and suppliers
Ensure all customer interactions are professional, clear and solution-focused
Maintain accurate data entry and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Interpret two-dimensional drawings as three-dimensional objects (training provided)




Assist the procurement team with tasks as required
About You
A team player who uses initiative to support others
Strong computer and mathematics skills
High attention to detail
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Willing and able to learn internal systems
Reliable, effective and efficient in your work
Safety-focused and adheres to company policies and procedures
Residential construction experience (on-site or office) is desirable but not essential
