About You and The Role
We're seeking a dedicatedScheduling Officerto join our team in apermanent position.
In this pivotal role, you'll deliver exceptional customer service by effectively allocating staff to meet our clients' diverse needs.
You'll communicate directly with Support Workers, clients, and families to keep them informed of roster updates and staffing changes.
By building strong relationships with both staff and clients, you'll help ensure the right people are matched to provide the best possible care.
This role includesone weekend shift every fortnight, with applicable penalty rates.

Key Experience Required For The Role:
A genuinepassion for supporting peopleliving with disability or vulnerability
Ability toprioritise and manage competing tasksin a busy environment
Willingness to participate inon-call, weekend, or public holiday workwhen required
Experience withSalesforce, Skedulo, or Lumary(highly desirable)
Understanding of theSCHADS Award
Experience in thehealth or not-for-profit sector(desirable)
Previousrostering experience(desirable)
Stronginterpersonal and communication skills
Ability to workboth independently and collaboratively
CurrentNational Police Check, Working With Children Check, and NDIS Clearance
