This role is responsible for analyzing existing information systems and business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating business needs into clear technical requirements.
Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders, mapping workflows, performing system configuration reviews, and supporting the implementation of new or enhanced solutions.
The System Analyst will collaborate with IT teams and business users to troubleshoot system issues, coordinate testing,



and ensure that changes are aligned with organizational goals.
The role also involves producing concise documentation, providing user support and training, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across systems and processes.Qualifications Strong Systems Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and supporting evidence-based recommendations.Knowledge of Information Technology concepts, system architectures, and software implementation practices.Experience in Business Analysis, including stakeholder engagement, documentation of business needs, and change impact assessment.Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing system and process issues and coordinating effective resolutions.Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and manage priorities in a project-based environment.Experience with health, community care, or consultancy environments is advantageous.
