We're currently seeking
confident, sales-driven professionals
who are looking for
stable, ongoing work
in a premium retail environment.
The Role
This is a
sales-first role
with light front-of-house support.
You'll work
3–5 shifts per week (including mandatory weekends)
and spend the majority of your time:
Engaging clients on the sales floor
Conducting personalised consultations
Selling luxury skincare, LED treatments, and devices
Reception-style tasks (greeting clients, assisting with bookings) form a
small secondary part
of the role.
Training:
All new starters complete
2–4 weeks of paid training
, before progressing to
$34–$38/hr + commission of approx $**** per week
, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of luxury skincare, LED facials, and cosmetic devices
Deliver confident, personalised consultations and upsell appropriately




Build strong client relationships and contribute to team targets
Provide light front desk support when required
Maintain a pristine, high-end retail environment
Assist with opening and closing procedures
