Casual opportunity, 3 days per week - with potential to become permanent

Make your days more meaningful
Join Each's Clinical and Complex Care Services team and play an important role in supporting the smooth delivery of community-based health programs. You'll work across a range of services including the IDEAS Program, Diabetes Education, Health@Home and Care Pathway programs, and specialist community health clinics.
As a key member of the administration team, you'll help ensure people can access the care and support they need through exceptional customer service, efficient coordination, and high-quality administrative support. Every interaction you have will contribute to creating a positive experience for customers, clinicians and community partners.
Your role, your impact
In this role, you'll be the backbone of our service delivery, helping customers access essential health services while supporting clinicians and program staff to deliver outstanding care. You'll bring organisation, attention to detail and a customer-centred approach to a busy and rewarding environment.
Manage
customer appointments, referrals and clinician schedules to support efficient service delivery
Provide
high-quality administration support across multiple health programs and services
Respond
to internal and external enquiries promptly, professionally and compassionately
Support
customer onboarding, correspondence, service agreements and waiting list management
Create
and maintain accurate documentation including reports, presentations, minutes and communications
Assist
with billing processes, data management and reporting activities
Coordinate
administrative tasks that support program compliance and funding requirements
Contribute
to project activities, logistics and service improvement initiatives
Build
positive relationships with customers, clinicians and stakeholders across the organisation
Maintain
a person-centred, inclusive and welcoming experience for everyone accessing our services
Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Experience working in an administrative or office support role
Well-developed administration and organisational skills
Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner
Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite applications
Experience using design and publishing tools such as Canva
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing demands and work in a busy environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Emotional intelligence, resilience and a positive attitude
Knowledge of healthcare services is highly regarded
What will make you stand out
Experience working within health, community or allied health services
Knowledge of the not-for-profit sector
Relevant tertiary qualifications
Experience supporting multiple programs or service areas simultaneously
Familiarity with customer management, appointment booking or healthcare administration systems
