What you'll do
Oversee the end-to-end production process for digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to create cohesive project plans and timelines.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular updates on project progress.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including briefs, timelines, and budgets, to ensure transparency and accountability.
Conduct regular project meetings to facilitate communication among team members and address any challenges that arise during production.
Utilize project management tools to track progress, allocate resources, and manage project risks effectively.




Analyze project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future projects.

Assist in the development of marketing strategies that promote our digital services and attract new clients.

Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital production or project management within a creative agency or similar environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and client expectations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, social media,



and content strategy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
