What you'll do
Design and implement advanced AI solutions to enhance our digital retail ecosystem.
Ensure the quality and maintainability of code across various projects within the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business objectives.
Analyze and optimize existing AI models to improve performance and accuracy.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional growth.
Requirements
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering,



or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in AI and machine learning development.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java.
Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with data processing tools and techniques, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
Nice to have
Experience in the retail or e-commerce sector.
Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Understanding of data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices.
