Our vessel's harness Wind, Solar and Wave power to remain at sea collecting vital data for Defence and Civilian applications.We are under contracts with RAN, RNZN and USA and are responding in an agile way to an ambitious program of building and deploying multiple USVs for operations around Australia and beyond.About the RoleThe Revenue & Commercial Analyst ensure commercial viability for Ocius as we deliver and sustain our fleet of Bluebottles.
By analysing customer requirements and needs against internal costs and capabilities, the role is instrumental in ensuring that we are delivering an effective, commercially viable capability.
The position will also ensure accurate, ongoing governance for future activities within pricing and the wider Revenue team.A typical day could include:Collaborating with SMEs to gather specialised internal costs for a pricing projectGathering current,



external costs across different marketsCreating and tuning pricing models to meet internal revenue strategy goalsExperience supporting pricing, tenders or proposals within a Defence or Engineering environmentStrong commercial and financial acumen, including the ability to assess pricing, profitability, commercial risks, and revenue opportunitiesExperience developing pricing models, commercial responses, and customer-facing documentation using information from a combination of technical, operational, financial and external stakeholders.Robust analytical, Excel and organisational skills, and experience managing pricing or revenue data across multiple concurrent activities.Proven experience reviewing customer requirements to make commercially sensible pricing decisionsDue to the nature of our business, we require Australian Citizenship for all roles.
In this role you would need the ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 security clearance (do not require a clearance before commencing).
