You won't be left to figure things out on your own, and you won't be overloaded early.What your first 6–12 months will look likeYou'll build a full caseload gradually, with help.You'll have regular 1:1 mentoring with a senior physiotherapist, structured onboarding, plus immediate access to experienced clinicians when you get stuck.
The focus is on helping you make valuable decisions, not just getting through appointments.You'll treat a mix of patients (MSK, sports, neuro), so you develop broad, useful skills early.
