The ideal candidate is a confident, well-rounded design leader with solid conceptual skills and Revit expertise.
This role will suit someone who has proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with project teams to deliver outstanding results.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive design excellence across diverse project typologies, ensuring a consistent high standard of architectural innovation and aesthetic rigorContribute to the studios' design culture, including design reviews, workshops critiquing work-in-progress, and fostering an setting of continuous learningParticipate in feasibility studies and concept design proposalsRepresent the firm at client meetings, external design review panels and industry forumsLead the delivery of design outcomes, ensuring high-quality documentation and seamless coordinationDevelop and present design materials for client meetings, competitions, and stakeholder reviewsCollaborate with Directors to bridge the gap between creative vision, functional requirements, and commercial viabilityDemonstrate mastery in 3D modelling and visualisation tools (e.g.,



Revit, Enscape) to iterate designs rapidlyIntegrate sustainable design principles and high-performance building strategies into every project stage, beyond just complianceMentor junior and intermediate staff, providing guidance on design methodology and qualified developmentTranslate complex briefs into compelling concept narratives and visual presentations that resonate with clients and stakeholdersNegotiate and navigate complex stakeholder environments, including local authorities and community groups, to secure project buy-inSkills and ExperienceTertiary qualification in ArchitectureKnowledge of Australian market and local building codesProficient in Revit strongly preferredExperience working on sectors multi res,mixed use, retail.
