We're looking for an experienced Manager to take ownership of our production operations and lead a skilled team of 16 people.

Lead production, planning and scheduling
Manage CNC machining and programming resources
Drive quality, productivity and on-time delivery
Develop and mentor a high-performing team
Champion safety and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
Strong CNC machining and manufacturing experience
Proven leadership capability at supervisor or management level
A track record of delivering results
Defence or Aerospace experience highly regarded
