GJs Landscape & Civil are seeking an experienced and driven Landscape Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial landscaping and civil construction projects from planning through to completion.
This role is responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesProject DeliveryManage projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with time, cost, quality, and safety objectivesOversee daily site operations, coordinating materials, equipment, and workforceMonitor project progress and proactively address risks and challengesManagementCollaborate with senior management, clients, consultants, and site teamsBuild and maintain robust client and community relationshipsSupport tendering, planning, and business growth initiativesSafety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standardsIdentify risks, manage incidents, and promote a strong safety cultureLeadershipLead, mentor, and support site teams and apprenticesFoster a positive, high-performance team environmentDrive continuous improvement and best practices across projectsSkills & ExperienceStrong ability to prioritise, self-manage, and meet deadlinesHands-on,
