With a focus on enriching communities through construction, we deliver projects that make a lasting impact across regional Queensland.About the RoleDue to a solid and consistent pipeline of work, we're seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of a range of commercial projects.As the Commercial Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the project safely, on time, within budget, and in line with contractual requirements.You will take ownership of the full project lifecycle, managing both the design and construction phases and working closely with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to achieve the best outcome.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the project from design development through to construction and handoverManage all commercial aspects including budgets, forecasting,
