Auto One is seeking a Customer Service & eCommerce Coordinator to bridge our support and online sales.
You will handle inquiries by phone, email, live chat and social, and you will own end-to-end resolution of returns, refunds and order questions while expanding product listings and channel performance.Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service, are keen to learn Shopify and eCommerce, and are comfortable with ERP systems and Excel.
Australian working rights in Sydney area are required.
