The Process Consultant will be a key contributor to a NextGen Transformation Program, responsible for designing and implementing future-state IT Service Management processes that support a modern, proactive operating model.
Working across IT Operations, this role will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to challenge existing ways of working, eliminate operational waste, and design streamlined processes that support current tooling, automation and initiatives such as AIOps.
This is a highly collaborative role requiring someone who enjoys engaging stakeholders, facilitating workshops and driving meaningful organisational change.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate workshops with business, operational and technology stakeholders to understand current processes and define future-state operating models.
Review and challenge existing ways of working, identifying opportunities to simplify processes and eliminate waste.
Design and document ITSM processes aligned to future operational requirements.




Assess the impact of process changes across people, roles, technology and data.
Define service management controls, governance, operational metrics and reporting.
Support implementation of new processes alongside tooling and operational transformation initiatives.
Ideal Background
Strong IT Service Management (ITSM) and operational process improvement experience.
Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across complex organisations.
Practical experience designing and implementing operational processes rather than producing documentation alone.
Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL-based environments.
Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments.
Utilities or other large, operationally complex organisations are desirable.
