In this role, you'll be an essential part of producing Garlo's Pies' renowned range of savoury and sweet baked goods with efficiency and quality.Key responsibilitiesOperate production equipment and machinery to mix, prepare, and assemble food products according to recipes and production schedulesMonitor product quality and consistency at all stages of the manufacturing processIdentify and report any issues or defects to ensure the highest standards are maintainedMaintain a clean, secure,



and organised work workplace by following all food safety and hygiene proceduresContribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivityWork collaboratively with the wider production team to meet daily and weekly targetsWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a food manufacturing or production setting, ideally within the baked goods industryAbility to follow detailed instructions and work to tight production schedulesStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standardsGood problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a teamDemonstrated understanding of food safety and hygiene practicesPhysically fit and able to stand for extended periods, lift and move heavy loadsEvery week is a long weekend, work Monday to ThursdayWork in a secure, airconditioned environment.Free allocation of pies each week.Eat for free in our Garlo's Meal Room.A week shutdown over Christmas.A supportive and inclusive workplace that values its people.If you're passionate about food manufacturing and eager to contribute to the success of a growing, respected brand, we'd love to hear from you.
