Service Technician - Brisbane or Auckland
Based out of our Brisbane or Auckland office, you will use your robust interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customer representatives, in this customer facing role.
The Service Technician will predominantly travel throughout Current Zealand & Australia to perform scheduled maintenance, respond to emergency breakdowns, and ensure the optimal functioning of our equipment at client sites.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the expansion of this business area by identifying recent service opportunities and coordinating with the Servicing and Sales teams.
Ensuring the safety of our customers, their staff, and our team members is of paramount importance,



and you will be expected to adopt best practices in all aspects of your work.
About You:
Trade Certificate in Fitting, Mechanical TechnicianExperience in Automation and/or food processing equipment would be advantageousAbility to systematically diagnose faults and provide well thought out solutionsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailBe able to develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customersBe a pragmatic problem solver focused on finding solutionsExcellent written and oral communication skillsHold a current Passport allowing for International Travel when required.
