Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operations across Plant Maintenance (PM) and related EAM processes.

/n
Analyze issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions within agreed SLAs.

/n
Configure and maintain SAP EAM functionality to support business requirements.

/n
Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and offshore support teams.

/n
Support system enhancements, minor projects, testing, and documentation.

/n
Contribute to continuous service improvement and best practice adoption.

Qualifications

/n

/n
Strong SAP Consulting background with 5+ years' experience with SAP EAM, including S/4HANA.

/n




Proven experience supporting day-to-day operations across PM and EAM processes.

/n
Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and deliver solutions within agreed SLAs.

/n
Experience configuring and maintaining SAP EAM functionality.

/n
Excellent collaboration skills with technical teams, business stakeholders, and offshore support teams.

/n
Experience supporting system enhancements and minor projects, including testing and documentation.
