You will be joining one of our Multi-Channel Branches!

What is a Multi-Channel Branch?
9:30am - 1:00pm: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions.
2:00pm - 5:00pm: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre setting.

What will help you succeed?





We're looking for a highly motivated candidate with the ability to lead a team to achieve excellent outcomes in a busy and driven workplace. This, along with a proven successful track record in sales, leadership skills and the ability to develop and mentor a team are essential to the role.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:
Proven experience delivering exceptional Customer Service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality
Excellent communication skills & the ability to articulate financial terms in a clear way
The ability to ask the right questions, find solutions, act with integrity and place the customer at the centre of everything you do
Ability to work in a busy, commercial and driven retail environment whilst seeing the big picture for customers and providing them with holistic solutions
A genuine interest in building a career with Comm Bank and improving the financial wellbeing and lives of our customers
