Synergie Australia is seeking a .NET Software Engineer for a trusted client located in the ACT.

Hours: Monday–Friday, rotating roster between 8:00am–6:00pm | 40 hrs per week

What you will be required to do

/n

Join a high-performing government technology team delivering secure, scalable Azure-based applications that support critical regulatory and legislative functions across Australia. You will design, build, and enhance cloud-native .NET solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional agile teams to modernise systems and improve digital service delivery.

Develop and maintain Azure-based web APIs and customer-facing portal applications

/n
Integrate internal and third-party systems to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions

/n
Apply secure coding standards and best practices aligned to ISM controls

/n
Conduct code reviews, produce technical documentation, and support releases

/n




Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

/n/n

To be successful in the role you will

/n

/n
5+ years' experience delivering secure web-based .NET solutions

/n
Front-end development capability with Angular or React

/n
Experience with automated/unit/integration testing tools such as xUnit, Selenium or Playwright

/n
Proven ability to work effectively in Agile, cross-functional delivery teams

/n/n
