We are seeking experienced Retail Area Managers to oversee multiple supermarket locations, with a focus on department‐level performance across Grocery, Dairy, Fruit & Veg, and Meat. You must be available to travel to regional areas in Western Australia as planned.

This is a hands‐on operational role requiring solid leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive consistency and performance across sites.
/n
Key Responsibilities
/n
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple stores within your region.
/n
Provide specialist support and direction across assigned departments.
/n
Drive sales, margin, and operational performance across all sites.
/n
Ensure compliance with company standards, including OH&S; and Food Safety.
/n
Lead, coach, and develop Store and Department Managers.
/n
Monitor stock control, shrinkage, and presentation standards.
/n
Travel regularly between sites to maintain operational oversight.
/n
About You
/n
Proven experience in a senior retail or supermarket management role of at least 5 years
/n
Solid leadership capability with the ability to manage multiple sites.
/n
Solid understanding of your department.
/n
Commercially minded with a focus on results and accountability.
/n
Prepared for regional travel as required and planned.
/n
Strong organisational and communication skills.
/n
Salary circa $95,000.00 to $100,000.00 PA plus superannuation.
/n
Fully maintained company vehicle provided.
/n
