Machinery Operator (Full-Time, Permanent)

We are seeking a reliable, self‑motivated Machinery Operator to join our state‑of‑the‑art feeding facility near Moora, WA. You will report to the Maintenance Manager and play a key role in the daily operation of equipment including loaders, trucks, telehandlers, light vehicles and other machinery.

Duties include pen cleaning, composting and small earthmoving tasks. This is a 10:4 roster, requiring a rural relocation.

Responsibilities
Operate loader, skid steer loader, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
Perform daily loading, unloading and transportation of feed and feedstock.
Assist with pen cleaning, composting and small earthmoving tasks.
Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work setting.
Collaborate with the team to meet production targets.

Qualifications
Current driver’s licence (minimum HR preferred; HC or MC highly regarded).
Previous experience operating loaders and skid steer loaders with a focus on safety.




Good mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic troubleshooting.
High attention to detail, initiative and problem‑solving skills.
Self‑starter, motivated, hard‑working and able to work independently.
Suitable fitness level to carry out the duties.
Ready to pass National Police Clearance and a pre‑employment medical assessment.
